Thank you for visiting our site.  We like to think of ourselves as ambassadors to a  more healthier life for everybody.  As such we continue to research what is going on that affects people's health so we can educate anybody who desires ultimate health.  Health is much more than just "not being sick" and requires a new way of life, a new outlook on what we are doing, to maintain a higher level of health.

The site is continually growing and improving.  We review hundreds of postings on the WEB and attempt to weed out the unreliable ones.  The tools on this site allow you to limit your search for information in specific categories.  We are working on creating a rating system for the articles and the studies behind the article.  This takes time and resources so please be patient and these ratings will be posted as soon as we get them.
